Sasha Aksana Nikolaevna Manzetti (she/her) was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and came to the United States when she was less than a year old. Sasha has formally been in the performing arts since she was 7 years old, training with Stagecoach in the United Kingdom while living there. Sasha graduated from Interlochen Arts Academy with a major in Theatre Arts, plus a semester formally dedicated to costume design. Sasha’s home as a performer is in theatre, although the on-camera focus during her undergraduate acting training at Rutgers University Mason Gross allowed her to further strengthen her versatility. Sasha holds a certification in the Meisner Acting Technique and is presently studying classical ballet.

Sasha is passionate about narratives around Transgender women. Sasha believes Trans people must be present even when a story doesn’t include Transness. Sasha is grateful for her journey and all individuals that fill it.
